Late flight from Cusco? What to do with your luggage

Hotel check-out is usually in the morning, but your flight or bus leaves at night. Instead of dragging suitcases around all day, store them and enjoy Cusco.

The last-day problem

Many hotels only keep luggage for a few hours or in a shared space. And walking Cusco’s cobbled streets and steep hills with a 23 kg suitcase is no fun — especially at altitude.

The fix: store your bags by the hour

You can leave your luggage only for the hours you need. For example, a Regular suitcase costs US$ 3 for 3–5 hours and US$ 5.50 for 5–24 hours.

Book online, drop your bags at Av. Huáscar 238 (Wánchaq) and collect them on your way to the airport or bus terminal. We are open 24 hours, so it does not matter how late your flight is.

Ideas for your last day

  • Stroll around the Plaza de Armas and the San Blas neighbourhood.
  • Visit a local market and try Cusco food.
  • Head up to a viewpoint to see Cusco at sunset.
  • Buy your last souvenirs without carrying anything.

Before heading to the airport

Allow enough time for the transfer depending on traffic and your flight time. Pick up your luggage with some margin: with your ticket code we find it instantly.
