Are you really open at any hour?
Yes. We’re open 24 hours, 365 days a year, Sundays and holidays included.
How do I know my luggage is safe?
We log every bag on arrival, give you a pickup ticket with a unique code and keep it in a supervised, staff-only room.
What size is my luggage?
Small: handbags, purses and daypacks (42 × 25 cm). Regular: checked suitcases up to 23 kg and big backpacks (67 × 30 cm). Odd-sized: oversized cases, bikes, guitars and mountain gear (80 × 30 cm or more).
How do I pay?
When booking you choose: card with Mercado Pago (soles), PayPal (dollars) or pay in store by cash or card.
Can I leave it for several days?
Yes. If you leave it for more than 24 hours you pay per night: the daily price per bag for each night it stays with us, whatever time you pick up. Perfect for Machu Picchu or the Inca Trail.
What if I’m late to pick up?
No problem: we’re open 24 hours. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out.
